Hello,

I'm wondering if someone can help me with with an issue I'm having with the sms alert.

I'm getting a delay between the listener condition becoming true, and the sms being delivered (about 15hrs) and I was hoping a Carriots person could check some logs and see when the sms was triggered.

The stream condition changed at 18/11/2015 09:33:36 (Brisbane, Australia time).

I've tested the sms alert code in console and it sends straight away.

Thanks so much for your time.  I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello.

We have seen in our logs that your listener sent the SMS at 17/11/2015 23:33:36 (UTC-0) equivalent at 18/11/2015 09:33:36 (Brisbane, Australia time).
At same time, Carriots sent your SMS to our provider and the SMS provider sent your message at your mobile company.

Flow:
- 2015-11-17 23:33:36 Listener executed
- 2015-11-17 23:33:36 SMS sent
- 2015-11-17 23:33:36 Response OK

I send you a screenshot of our SMS provider, I can see that you sent two SMS and they were delivered to your mobile company properly.

Notice: It is in Europe/Madrid time (UTC + 1)

Look like that the problem is not in Carriots side.

Hope it helps
