"

I trie to export many times with no success. why is that? How can I resolve it?

Hello hcubedemo.

Please try again.

Yesterday we were doing some improvements in Carriots and was out of service for a few minutes.

Hi biliboy57,

I hope this help you:

Fields are the fields you want to be shown on your export file, so if you have streams like this:

{
  "at": "...",
  "device":"mydevice",
  "data": {
      "temp": 17,
      "hum": "70%",
   },
   ....
}
you can export the entire data (fields: data), or specific data items (fields: data.temp), the 'at' field would be (fields: at), or combine all of them (fields: at, data.temp, device)

Query filter the streams before starting the export so (query: device: mydevice) exports streams filtered by mydevice.

Streams date range filters the streams by the 'at' field.

Sort sorts the streams ascending or descending by one or more fields (sort: at:desc)

Timezone timezone used to parse dates.

Here you can find some additional information https://blog.carriot...sv-xml-or-json/

Hi !

Thanks you very much ! It's works and I succed in dowload it at .csv !

It will help me so much for my school project !

I just have an other question, I want to separate my different data to different column (I don't if it's the rigt word) in Excel. Is it possible ?

What must I write in the case to do that ?

I don't think you explain that in your last post. Excuse me if you've done it and excuse me for my bad English too !

Is it possible to have a colum whith the hours ? To know when the information have been received by carriots ?

Thanks for your help and for the time you spent to explain me that !!!

Have a nice day !

Hi biliboy57,

The fields are separated by semicolons,  just open the file with excel and choose semicolon as separator.

If you send your streams with {"at": "now', ...} the 'at' field will be the date when the stream was received by Carriots.

Hope it helps!
