Hello eric

Currently can not delete streams from the control panel. Your account has no capacity limit and do not need. But if you want, you can use the External API to delete streams:

Example to delete one stream:

URL: http://api.carriots.com/streams/--ID_developer--/
HTTP method: Delete

(Note that you have to replace "--ID_developer--" by the stream ID_developer)

Example to delete all streams from one device

URL: http://api.carriots.com/devices/--Device ID_developer--/streams/
HTTP method: Delete

Hope it helps!

Enjoy Carriots

I tried this using wget at the command line but I can't work out how to authenticate.

I sent:

 wget --method DELETE http://api.carriots....name--/streams/

(substituting real values for 'devicename' and 'my name')

Can you be more specific ?

Steve.

Hello sburton

There are two ways to delete streams in Carriots:

1. Delete a specific stream

https://www.carriots...gement#s-delete

2. Remove all streams of a device

https://www.carriots...d-delete-stream

I attached a screenshot deleting all streams of a device via Poster

Attached File  deleteStreams.jpg   32.81K   100 downloads

Do not forget, you have to send your apikey in the request header

Hope it helps

Try to delete a data stream using the API tool. When I try to delete I get "Unauthorized (401)" using Device id_developer. When I use the same Device id_Develop to look GET device status is works (code 200).

What is going wrong?
